In many organizations, safety relies on procedures, rules, and equipment. Yet, it is above all <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"170\">human behaviors<\/b>, both individual and collective, that determine the actual level of safety on a daily basis.<\/p><p>A safety assessment allows you to <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"34\">take a step back<\/b>, objectify the situation, and have a clear and shared vision of how risk prevention is truly
