It strengthens cooperation between the Labour Inspectorate and public prosecutors and broadens the chain of responsibility: from now on, <strong>employers, project owners and contractors can be prosecuted<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In concrete terms, companies are now exposed to much <strong>heavier penalties than before<\/strong>:<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inspectors now have greater powers <strong>at their disposal<\/strong>: they can issue fines even in the absence of an accident, give priority to criminal settlements, and conduct accelerated judicial investigations. At the<strong> same time<\/strong>, enhanced support is provided for victims and their families. This tougher stance reflects a reality: <strong>zero tolerance for violations is no longer a slogan, but an assertive criminal policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1bf8c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d1bf8c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">But the real key is prevention<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7bb6f93 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7bb6f93\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Punishment will not bring back the victims.
