Pero tambi\u00e9n es frecuentemente mal comprendido. Reducido a observaciones de comportamientos, o percibido como un mecanismo de control, el BBS pierde tanto su sentido como su eficacia.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta conferencia propone <strong>volver a los fundamentos<\/strong>. El BBS nunca tuvo como objetivo corregir individuos. Su finalidad es comprender las <strong>condiciones reales de trabajo<\/strong>, las limitaciones del terreno y la brecha entre lo prescrito y lo que es genuinamente posible.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El comportamiento no es una falta \u2014 es un <strong>indicador del sistema<\/strong>. Al clarificar lo que el BBS es \u2014 y sobre todo lo que no es \u2014 esta conferencia establece un marco com\u00fan, indispensable antes de explorar los aportes de las neurociencias.<\/p><p
