informaci\u00f3n, la sobrecarga cognitiva se ha convertido en uno de los principales factores de <strong>accidentes, distracci\u00f3n, estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico y ca\u00edda del rendimiento<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, rara vez se identifica, casi nunca se nombra y pocas veces se aborda de forma adecuada.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El taller\u00a0<strong>\u201cCarga Mental Invisible\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0propone una <strong>inmersi\u00f3n \u00fanica<\/strong> en este fen\u00f3meno: no solo a trav\u00e9s de explicaciones, sino permitiendo a los participantes experimentarlo, sentirlo, medirlo y deconstruirlo mediante dispositivos cognitivos dise\u00f1ados para sorprender al cerebro.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span de competencia, sino porque deben realizarla bajo condiciones cognitivas intencionalmente degradadas:<\/span><br \/><span class=\"txt_18\">distracciones auditivas, interrupciones aleatorias,
