WORKSHOP

Nonviolent
Communication (NVC)

Building Safer Dialogue to Prevent Workplace Risks

In high-pressure workplaces, tension, misunderstandings, or silence can exacerbate risks in the field. A warning left unspoken, a danger left unreported, or a poorly interpreted exchange can hinder prevention efforts and create hazardous situations.

The Nonviolent Communication (NVC) workshop is part of a proactive prevention strategy. It empowers employees to see, speak, and listen more effectively. Through a relationship-based approach rooted in active listening, authentic expression, and mutual respect, communication becomes a key lever for safety, shared vigilance, and team cohesion.
